At Lion's Jewelers we take the subject of conflict diamonds very seriously. We take very strong steps to make sure that all the vendors we deal with have signed an agreement call the Kimberly Process Scheme. That was an agreement put together by the United Nations a few years back to make sure that diamonds that blood or conflict diamonds are not imported into this country and that they don't end up in your jewelry. We take steps to make all of our vendors have signed this agreement, we will not allow any vendor to put diamonds in our store that are blood or conflict related. Again it is something we take very seriously.
